Our rustic barn and waterfront wedding venue offers both indoor and outdoor event spaces for intimate gatherings or large groups. Weddings & Events

Our venue rental includes use of the 5,000 sq. ft. reception hall, outdoor ceremony space, bridal suite, groom’s room, prep kitchen, tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, on-site staff assistance, and built-in audio/visual equipment.

We can host up to 200 guests for a seated reception.

Yes. Our weekend package includes two nights of lodging for up to 30–35 guests, access to the venue from Friday through Sunday, and more time to relax, rehearse, and enjoy your celebration.

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own licensed vendors, or choose from our preferred vendor list. All outside vendors must comply with our venue policies.

Yes. Day-of or full coordination is available as an add-on. We’ll be happy to send you a customized quote.
Lodging

We offer lodging for up to 35 guests across our Lodge and two cabins. The Lodge includes 8 bedrooms (kings, queens, and bunk rooms), and each cabin sleeps 4.

Yes, depending on availability. Please inquire about weekday or seasonal lodging-only bookings.
Food, Alcohol & Cleanup

We do not provide in-house catering, but you’re welcome to bring in any licensed caterer. Alcohol must be served by a TABC-certified bartender approved by the Ranch.

Yes. Post-event venue cleaning is included, and we provide a Trash Butler to manage trash and restrooms during your event. Clients are responsible for removing personal items and décor.
Policies & Details

Small pets in cages are allowed with a refundable deposit. Pets must remain supervised and in designated areas at all times.

Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

Fireworks are not permitted unless approved in writing by Ranch management.

We offer 3- or 6-payment plans. All payments are non-refundable. Final payment is due by March 1, 2025, for spring weddings. A refundable damage deposit may also be required.

We provide a large indoor space for ceremonies and receptions. We recommend clients have a backup plan in place for outdoor ceremonies.

Yes. We host retreats, corporate events, wellness weekends, fishing trips, family reunions, and more.
