Our rustic barn and waterfront wedding venue offers both indoor and outdoor event spaces for intimate gatherings or large groups. Whether you’re dreaming of a cozy ranch-style wedding, a romantic waterfront ceremony, or a private reception with loved ones, we provide the setting, services, and support to bring your vision to life. Below, you’ll find answers to our most frequently asked questions about pricing, amenities, and what’s included.

Weddings & Events

  • Our venue rental includes use of the 5,000 sq. ft. reception hall, outdoor ceremony space, bridal suite, groom’s room, prep kitchen, tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, on-site staff assistance, and built-in audio/visual equipment.

  • We can host up to 200 guests for a seated reception.

  • Our weekend package includes two nights of lodging for up to 25 guests, access to the venue from Friday afternoon through Saturday night, and more time to relax, rehearse, and enjoy your celebration.

  • Yes. You are welcome to bring your own licensed vendors, or choose from our preferred vendor list. All outside vendors must comply with our venue policies.

  • No, but we have a curated list of decorators and wedding coordinators.

Lodging

  • We offer lodging for up to 25 guests across our Lodge and cabin. The Lodge includes 8 bedrooms (kings, queens, and bunk rooms), and the cabin includes 2 bedroomaccommodates 5 guests.

  • Yes, depending on availability.

Food, Alcohol & Cleanup

  • We do not provide in-house catering, but you’re welcome to bring in any licensed caterer. Alcohol must be served by a TABC-certified bartender provided by the Ranch.

  • Yes. Post-event venue cleaning is included, and we provide a Trash Butler to manage trash and restrooms during your event. Clients are responsible for removing personal items and décor.

Policies & Details

  • No pets are allowed at the property unless cleared with management.

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

  • Fireworks are not permitted unless approved in writing by Ranch management.

  • We do have payment plans available. Please ask management.

  • We provide a large indoor space for ceremonies and receptions with a panoramic glass wall with lake views. We recommend clients to have a backup plan in case they don’t want to hold the ceremony indoors.

  • Yes. We host retreats, corporate events, wellness weekends, fishing trips, family reunions, and more.
